This workshop is a powerful, interactive course designed to improve team dynamics and strengthen working relationships. Built around the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI), this course helps participants understand their own and others’ motivations, communication styles, and conflict triggers. Through personalized assessments and hands-on activities, teams learn how to turn workplace differences into sources of strength and collaboration.

This workshop gives you the tools for talking when the stakes are high. The training teaches skills for communicating when the stakes are high, opinions vary, and emotions run strong. You will be able to improve dialogue and engagement, create behavior changes, and help to build high-performance and culture.
