The 2024 NDCEL Fall Educators Conference is a tailor-made event for school leaders, administrators, teachers, instructional staff, counselors, social workers, Title I, and special education personnel. Each year, the best and brightest minds in North Dakota education gather for this leadership conference in Bismarck. This year's keynote speakers are Will Bowen and Lavonna Roth.

Our Fall Conference is unique, due to the fact that we offer this conference experience both in-person and virtual formats. Join us for meaningful networking, dynamic speakers, a diverse exhibitor showcase, graduate credit opportunities, and valuable professional development. Participate in-person or watch the recorded conference sessions later, or revisit breakout sessions you missed at the live event!

Graduate Credit

University of Mary Graduate Credit
NDCEL 2024 Fall Conference offers the opportunity to receive one (1) graduate credit. Every individual who wants to earn University of Mary graduate credit will need to register individually. All attendees will be required to complete the Canvas course (see instructions below) to receive the credit, whether they attend the in-person or recorded sessions. You must be registered for graduate credit by December 31, 2024. You have until April 30, 2025 to complete course requirements.

Explanation of how to obtain credit: In Canvas, answer the discussion question that goes with the session you viewed in-person or virtually. To earn graduate credit you must earn 15 points. 15 points = 1 credit. Points will be awarded based on the length the sessions. Videos are located under Modules, Recorded Sessions. Some recorded sessions may not be a full point. Examples: 30 minutes = .5 credits, 1 hour = 1 point, 90 minutes = 1.5 points, etc.

Course completion will be submitted to University of Mary, once per month with the final submission immediately following the April 30, 2025 course closure date.
